- Review of Payments Received: Your most recent payment activity and any adjustments to your account balance will be listed here.
- Detailed Information on Services: Here you will find details about all services and equipment that you have on your account and the associated monthly charges.
- Pay Per View/On Demand Services: This section will list any pay per view events, shows or movies that you have purchased since your last billing statement.
- Home Phone Usage: Any billable charges, such as directory assistance, operator assistance and international long distance, for your Home Phone service will be detailed in this section. (if applicable to your account)
- Fees and Taxes: All taxes, governmentally mandated fees, and any other fees will be listed in this section.
- Local Contact Information: Local offices with office hours and Customer Service telephone number.
