Bright House Networks is pleased to introduce a new and improved monthly statement for your account. We've worked hard to make your statements easier to read and understand. Listed below are descriptions of the major sections of the new statements.

Your Account Summary
- Service address: The location where your Bright House Networks services are received. Your service address may be different from your billing address (see #6 below).
- Amount and date due: Please send this amount by the date indicated.
- Your account summary: A summary of your monthly charges.
- Special Messages: Check here each month for exciting news about your service.
- Payment Coupon: Detach this section of your statement and include it in the envelope provided when making your payment.
- Billing Address: The address where your statement is delivered each month.
